About The Position

This is a "call after call" environment that requires focus, speed, and precision, suitable for professionals who thrive under pressure. The company operates as a vital communication hub for a diverse range of companies, serving callers 24/7. Currently, Nexa is only hiring Full Time remote residents in Arizona.

Requirements

  • Must be a Full Time remote resident in Arizona.
  • Windows 11 or higher (Chromebooks, Apple/Mac products, and tablets are not compatible).
  • A wired (Ethernet) internet connection (Wi-Fi is prohibited).
  • A professional grade wired headset with microphone.
  • A minimum screen resolution of 1600x900.
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Must provide own equipment meeting specifications during the new hire period.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Two monitors are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls for various clients.
  • Switch between different protocols, data entry requirements, and specific scripting for each client.
  • Deliver an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor on every call.
  • Maintain excellent grammar and clear, articulate spoken English.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including schedule adherence, average wrap time, and quality assurance (QA) scores.
