Rainstorm Car Wash Customer Service Representative
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at pay stations to assist every customer, fielding customer inquiries, and guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. Additionally, the position requires maintaining the condition of the car wash through cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. The role also includes opening/closing procedures and light troubleshooting of daily duties. The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
- Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.
