About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) works in person at a Titlemax store in Corinth, Texas, helping customers access financial solutions and providing a high-quality in-store experience. The role involves building relationships with a diverse customer base, processing transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments, and supporting customer account management. The company provides hands-on training, coaching, and development, with opportunities for career advancement across its brands. This is an entry-level, full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week and regular in-person attendance, including weekends. The hourly wage is $15.00. The work may include duties outside the store, such as vehicle appraisals, errands, and external marketing. Physical demands frequently include remaining stationary, standing for up to 90% of the time, moving or transporting items up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating a keyboard and other mechanical controls.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle available for use throughout the workday; mileage is compensated.
Successful completion of a background check, conducted and considered in accordance with applicable law.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequently remaining stationary and standing up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
Prior cash handling and cash drawer or vault management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish ability; it may be required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
Review, validate, and accurately process customer transactions.
Offer personalized financial services to support customer success.
Enter and maintain customer information accurately in a Point of Sale (POS) system.
Complete daily call campaigns to build new business.
Support customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
Perform duties outside the store where applicable, including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Participate in in-store and community events.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Follow store security protocols and perform opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet individual and team performance standards.
Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
