About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a first point of contact for customers and provide excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. The CSR represents the Domino’s brand and helps create a welcoming experience for every customer. This is a variable hourly position with competitive pay. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older; a work permit is required in some locations.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
