About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a busy store environment. The role involves assisting customers at the register and throughout the store, including working in different areas inside and outside to help maintain store appearance and, at times, support the food program. Representatives work with an energetic team to complete daily tasks and are expected to maintain regular, predictable onsite attendance. Shift availability includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and a friendly conversational manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to develop ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities
