About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen, taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Employees are trained in pizza-making techniques and work as part of a team to provide great customer service.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service.
