About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and efficient service to customers while helping maintain store standards. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and outside, and may include supporting the food program. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. This is a part-time overnight position with weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace and have fun while working.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to come up with ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain high standards for store appearance.
Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
