About The Position

Circle K is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for overnight shifts, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., at Store 2709703 in El Paso, Texas. The role involves assisting customers and completing varied tasks throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and deliver fast, friendly service. Weekday and weekend availability is required. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is expected.

Requirements

Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
Strong communication skills and friendly conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to develop ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
Availability for overnight shifts and weekdays and weekends.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with arms with up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
