Sunset Automotive Group has immediate openings for a motivated team member in our Business Development Center. In this position, you will be responding to customers who contact us by phone, email, or online chat to answer questions and set appointments for our service center. You will also make outgoing calls to current clients to remind them they are due for service and get them scheduled. Some experience with automotive service is preferred but not required. Previous success in a BDC Center or a related position such as a Call Center-Inside Sales-Customer Service-Marketing-Lead Conversion is required. Successful candidates will have the ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers by email and over the phone.
