About The Position

We are a national calibration company looking for a self-directed, motivated individual to work as a Field Service/Sales Coordinator with a proven customer service background. This position is high pressured, fast paced, and requires a skilled individual who is not afraid of change within a moment's notice. The right candidate will possess excellent computer, organizational, phone, and customer service skills. If you do not like speaking on the phone this position is not for you. The candidate must be committed to dealing with customers and vendors on the phone in a professional businesslike and timely manner. Experience with Microsoft Office is also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish calibration technician schedules for weekly, monthly, and yearly calibrations.
  • Contact customers via phones to schedule calibrations.
  • Identify potential scheduling problems.
  • Communicate scheduling changes to customers and technicians.
  • Create job orders for calibration services.
  • Responsible for the generation of quotes and new service processing.
  • Processing product sales and basic office administration
