About The Position

The Customer Service Representative / Pizza Maker serves customers by telephone, electronically, and face to face; handles inquiries and complaints; and prepares food products. The role also includes maintaining a clean front-of-store area. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Starting pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically, or face to face.
• Memorize and maintain knowledge of the menu.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Smile and provide a welcoming demeanor when speaking with customers by phone or in person.
• Prepare all food products.
• Clean and sweep, and help keep the front of the store clean.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone, in person, and using the touch-screen computer system.
