About The Position

Fortive is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative- Out Processor to support our customers and distributors in coming equipment to be serviced. In this role you’ll be out processing customer equipment into the Oracle system that were serviced.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Oracle is a plus
  • High School Diploma required and associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Verify orders information is correct.
  • Able to box customer equipment for safe shipment.
  • Verify equipment information and inspect how equipment is leaving the building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain detailed records in software system.
  • Able to lift 15lbs or less when working on customer unit holds
  • Able to sit/stand at a workstation facing a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision using established policies, order processing guidelines, procedures, and verbal instructions.
  • Support customer service work to reduce customer holds
  • Help unpack equipment when needed.
