About The Position
Tachibana Enterprises, LLC (TE) is a market leader in golf tours in Hawaii, known for its customer service and innovation. The Nippon Rent A Car (NRC) department handles and processes rent-a-car reservations and agreements while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves providing customer service for rent-a-car reservations and walk-ins, informing customers of rental policies, and answering questions about services.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Possess at least one (1) year customer service experience.
- Able to speak, write, and read in English and Japanese.
- Possess working knowledge of basic computer systems, application programs, e-mail and standard office equipment.
- Possess valid Hawaii drivers license, with clean abstract
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries such as availability and cost of vehicles.
- Process and complete rental, sale of rent-a-car and optional products.
- Resolve and report any concerns and issues, as well as assist with emergency situations.
- Basic Revenue tracking and marketing data processing for daily report.
- Attend meetings, training classes, as needed.
- Perform any other multi-task duties within company as assigned by General Manager
