The Customer Service Representative II works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.
