About The Position

Join a fast-growing healthcare company helping deliver essential medical equipment to healthcare institutions. The Customer Service Representative works with operations and the sales team to provide customer service to hospital partners. The role involves transporting medical equipment and supplies, supporting warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries, and responding to the needs of healthcare partners. The position is full-time and based in Denver - Centennial, Colorado, with road travel and any shift.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the past three years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to use the company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries.
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform math calculations.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push or pull up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in the branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts by listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards.
• Coordinate daily with the local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning, and support to healthcare partners.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
