About The Position

Nexus Water Group is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative I to join their Customer Experience department. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing needs in a timely and professional manner. The role may also assist with order processing, service information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success.

Requirements

  • 1 year in customer care is required.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED in General

Responsibilities

  • Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Processes service orders to the field, taking ownership of the customer inquiry to provide complete customer satisfaction.
  • Estimates adjustments to consumption and escalates to the manager to provide credit adjustments.
  • Makes outbound calls to customers as necessary.
  • Works within established guidelines and policies.
