Your role at a glance: You are the first contact with the customer in primarily a call center environment. Your role is to make the customer experience be the best it can be both on the phone, email or in person. Working with the team to ensure deadlines are met and products delivered on time. You will continue to make a difference by: Completing the administration required to make the daily order preparation run seamless Adding value to the customer by providing them necessary industry information. Guiding our partners and customer on ordering the right parts for their own best customer experience. Working with our partners to help customers get the best value for their needs.
