Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Punctuality and dependability is a must
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist both internal and external customers with outstanding customer service
  • Generate reports and identify discrepancies in data
  • Create service work orders
  • Prepare operating reports and provide administrative support for various departments including Distribution Centre management
  • Assist in the training of new associates
  • Data entry and general office duties
