About The Position
Regal Car Sales & Credit is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our El Reno team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Vehicle Inspections. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions.
- Assist with customer applications, sales paperwork, and general office duties.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete data entry.
- Assist the sales team with daily operations.
- Perform vehicle inspections, including verifying VIN numbers, odometer readings, vehicle condition, and completing required inspection paperwork.
- Help maintain an organized and professional dealership.
