About The Position
Farmers State Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Teller for its Ellicott Branch. The role supports the bank’s mission to serve local communities through customer-focused service. The representative assists customers with deposit products and services, financial transactions, account opening and maintenance, and electronic banking services. They are expected to learn the bank’s offerings, identify suitable products and services for customers, and provide personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a wide variety of deposit products and services.
- Learn Farmers State Bank’s products and services and proactively identify and recommend appropriate offerings that can benefit customers financially.
- Process customer financial transactions at the teller line, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
- Assist with account opening, routine customer maintenance, and electronic services such as digital banking, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Provide personalized customer service and attention, striving to be the customer’s only bank.
