Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in office setting or customer service experience required
  • Strong phone and email etiquette
  • Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in skilled trades or home services companies
  • Experience in home services or trades industry preferred
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Assist customers with memberships and service inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan
  • Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
