Requirements
- Ambitious and motivated to grow + excellent attitude.
- Fast learner (No Insurance or taxes experience required)
- A go-getter who enjoys helping people and achieving goals.
- Positive, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Passionate about building relationships and making an impact in people's lives though insurance and taxes.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with payments, policy updates, and insurance questions.
- Help clients chose the right insurance for their needs.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent service.
- Support office sales goals and team success.
- Create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer and team member because we believe a good culture is the key for a happy job.
