About The Position

The Automotive Customer Service Representative position interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Military veterans are encouraged to apply. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service, contact center or concierge service environment
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Strong Windows/PC; must be able to toggle between various applications and websites
  • Only qualified applicants who are legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Have previous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) and/or automotive industry experience (contact center, dealership).

Responsibilities

  • Support customer requests to update contact information or communication preferences
  • Assist customers with information pertaining to their vehicle (campaigns, recalls, parts, accessories, connected technologies, electrification)
  • Assist customers with website navigation
  • Recall and campaign related inquiries or complaints
  • Requests for reimbursement for various expenses
  • Roadside assistance concerns
  • Support for customer inquiries regarding repair procedures at authorized dealership
  • Warranty related inquiries and complaints
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
