About The Position

Domino's is hiring energetic Customer Service Reps to staff its stores. The role serves customers, takes and enters orders, prepares pizzas and side items to product standards, restocks ingredients, organizes storage areas, and helps keep the facility and equipment clean and ready for operation. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts are available, and paid on-the-job training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and available to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 30 lbs, and work in temperature extremes (36°F to 500°F).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, dust, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work under stress, meet quality standards, make quick decisions, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have clear vision, depth perception, and the ability to hear and speak clearly on the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Take phone and in-person orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Prepare pizzas and side items to product standards.
• Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.
