About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as part of the Domino’s Pizza team to provide customer service and process orders. The role may offer opportunities for growth, including into management. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
