About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as part of a Domino’s Pizza store team to serve customers and help prepare and process orders. The role can be part-time or full-time, with schedules intended to accommodate team members’ availability. On-the-job orientation and training are provided, and the position may offer opportunities for advancement into management or other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to make rapid, accurate movements and coordinate eyes and hands or fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and stock items on shelves.
• Perform related store tasks such as moving trays, cleaning, and assisting with pizza preparation.
