About The Position

Receive and process telephone orders. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare products and clean equipment and the facility as requested. Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Provide friendly, professional service as the first point of contact for phone-in and carryout customers. Most tasks are performed standing, and employees must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic math skills, including accurately giving change.
• Outgoing personality and ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
