About The Position

The Customer Service Rep answers phones, enters pizza orders into computers, serves customers, and learns to make pizzas from start to finish. The role requires a positive outlook and willingness to work with the public. Store team members operate equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, process telephone orders, take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform work involving standing for most tasks, short-distance walking, and lifting and stacking delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds onto shelves up to 72 inches high.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and receive and process telephone orders.
• Enter customer orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone.
• Learn to prepare pizzas and other products.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from deliveries in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
