About The Position

The Customer Service Rep receives and processes telephone orders and serves as a first point of contact for phone-in and carryout customers. The role also involves stocking ingredients, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility as requested. Most tasks are performed while standing, and the position requires standing for long periods.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Basic math skills, including accurately giving change.
• Outgoing personality and ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor to enter orders.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
