About The Position

This is an entry-level, part-time customer service position at a Domino’s store. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Scheduled hours depend on the employee’s availability and the store’s needs. Employees may have the opportunity to move into full-time work if store hours permit and they complete training, reliably work their shifts, and communicate their full-time needs to the manager. Advancement opportunities include assistant manager, general manager, franchisee, and Manager Corporate Operations roles. Team members operate store equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility. The role requires respectful communication with customers and coworkers, order entry using a keyboard or touchscreen, accurate handling of money, and the ability to work independently and with others while meeting quality standards. The work involves standing for most tasks, frequent walking and reaching, repetitive hand use, and occasional lifting and carrying. Bulk deliveries may weigh up to 50 pounds. Employees may encounter hot surfaces and tools, cold storage, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, moving mechanical parts, and varying or adverse weather during outdoor tasks or deliveries. The position may require navigating stairs or ladders and, where applicable, delivery sites and adverse terrain.
