About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to take and process orders and contribute to store operations. The role may be part-time or full-time, with schedules intended to accommodate team members’ other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The company describes opportunities for advancement from customer service to management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to perform the role’s physical tasks, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching and hand use.
• Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces and have the vision and depth perception needed for store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Perform other general store-team duties, including outside tasks such as removing trash.
