About The Position
The Customer Service Rep supports daily restaurant operations by providing customer service, taking and processing orders, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety. The role also assists Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
Responsibilities
- Make high-quality pizzas.
- Control food portions.
- Follow hygiene and food safety practices.
- Prepare food.
- Take customer orders and upsell.
- Take orders by phone and in person.
- Address customer concerns.
- Greet customers within 10 seconds.
- Handle cash.
- Keep the customer area clean.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Assist Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
