About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR), also referred to as a Pizza Maker. The role is an entry-level opportunity focused on customer service and preparing pizza. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, make pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and clean equipment and the facility. Training is provided in pizza-making techniques, with an emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and maintaining a fun, welcoming environment. Full-time or part-time schedules are available, including as little as one or two days a week.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Be available to work until 10 or 11 p.m.
- Be comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be punctual and have a positive attitude.
- Have a fun, friendly, team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
- Answer phones and take phone orders.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Clean equipment and the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
