About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to help serve customers and support store operations. The role includes receiving and processing orders by phone and in person, preparing products, stocking ingredients, operating equipment, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities to grow into management or other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone, use near- and mid-range vision, perceive depth, and distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and by phone.
