About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works as a member of a Domino’s Pizza store team, helping make, bake, or take pizzas during busy hours. The role involves customer service, order processing, food preparation, stocking, inventory, and cleaning. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may be part-time or full-time, and the company describes opportunities for advancement into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone to process orders.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces and perform tasks requiring near- and mid-range vision and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage.
• Perform other store tasks, including removing trash and occasional maintenance or sign work.
