About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a customer service representative to help make, bake, and take pizza orders. The role involves serving customers by phone and in person, preparing products, handling ingredients and deliveries, and maintaining the store and equipment. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities to advance into management or other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for in-store work; delivery work requires being at least 18 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers by phone and in person to process orders.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise, rapid movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.
• Ability to lift delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds and handle other products and supplies described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and customer orders in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and store product deliveries using a hand truck.
• Assist with store tasks such as stocking shelves, cleaning, and occasional maintenance.
