The Customer Service Rep receives and processes customer orders, prepares products, stocks ingredients, cleans equipment and the facility, distributes marketing materials, and communicates positively with customers and team members. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Have a positive and helpful attitude.
• Be willing to conform to Domino’s Pizza image and uniform standards.
• Ability to work alone and with others.
• Desire to meet high quality-control standards, including in fast-paced circumstances.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
• Strong hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and rarely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Infrequently climb ladders for cleaning, changing signs, and maintenance.
• Frequently crouch, bend, and reach while preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in-store and by phone.
• Prepare all products.
• Stock ingredients in storage areas, the production area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Distribute marketing materials.
• Communicate verbally with customers and fellow team members in a positive manner.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by the management team.
