About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and a positive attitude. Team members work together to prepare, bake, and serve pizzas during the busy hours of the day and night. The role may suit someone seeking a primary or supplemental job, and the company describes opportunities to advance from customer service into management and other roles. Schedules may be available part time or full time.

The work takes place in a pizza store and involves customer interaction, phone use, food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and other store tasks. Team members may encounter varying weather and temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The job involves frequent standing, reaching, hand use, and bending, as well as occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, crouching, and squatting.

• Eye-hand coordination and ability to grasp and use work items such as cans, a phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and respond to inquiries, including answering phones.
• Prepare, bake, and serve pizzas and perform related in-store tasks.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks as needed.
• Unload deliveries and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Clean work areas, dishes, and low areas; wash walls and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
• Change prices on signs and perform other store duties as assigned.
