About The Position

Customer Service Representatives greet customers, answer phones, provide customer service, and prepare pizzas quickly and accurately. They operate the cash register, collect payments, follow portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, and maintain restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards. Other duties may be assigned. The role offers a flexible schedule, but employees must be willing to work when needed, including weekends and holidays. The stores operate year-round, and employees may have opportunities to grow into management.

The position involves working in a restaurant with temperatures ranging from approximately 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in some areas. Employees may encounter food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and changing weather conditions when handling outside tasks or deliveries. Work may involve standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, and occasional climbing. Some delivery-related duties described include traveling between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and carrying food and beverages while walking or climbing.
