About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations during scheduled shifts. Assistant Managers set the tone for the store and are responsible for cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role requires sound judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, while managing between 3 and 30 employees during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift.
• Manage cost, inventory, and cash control, and handle customer relations.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers and take orders courteously, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
