About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as part of a Domino’s Pizza store team, helping prepare and sell products and process customer orders. The role can be part-time or full-time and offers on-the-job orientation and training, with opportunities to advance into management or other roles. In-store duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. The position requires communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by phone, entering orders by computer keyboard or touch screen, handling payments and change, and performing routine physical work in the store. The work involves prolonged standing, frequent walking and reaching, bending, occasional crouching, lifting and carrying supplies, and continuous use of the hands. Some duties involve moving trays on dollies, using a hand truck, and occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder. The posting also describes additional duties and requirements for delivery drivers, including delivering products by car, delivering flyers and door hangers, having a valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle, and navigating delivery locations and stairs. These delivery-specific requirements apply to delivery work rather than the in-store customer service role.
