About The Position
The Customer Service Rep promotes Domino’s pizza products, specials, and promotions while providing quality service to internal and external customers by phone and in person. The role also involves cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, oven operation, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. The representative is expected to maintain Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards and contribute to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.
Requirements
- Speak and write clearly.
- Understand how to use a computer-based order entry system.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
- Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Respond with a sense of urgency to store phone lines and carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
