Requirements

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and online channels
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments accurately
Help maintain a full and efficient schedule by managing appointment availability
Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when needed
Enter and update customer information with high attention to detail
Manage a steady stream of tasks while staying organized and on track
