About The Position

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role handles front desk activities, supports member account and service needs, and helps maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Requirements

Have basic computer proficiency.
Communicate and interact with customers, coworkers, and the public in a way that exceeds their wants and needs.

Communicate questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Greet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
Answer phone calls politely and help with questions or concerns.
Handle information calls and tours.
Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and member account updates.
Address member service issues and questions, referring them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
