About The Position

The Customer Service Representative answers phones, enters pizza orders into computers, and learns to prepare pizzas from start to finish. The role requires a positive outlook and willingness to interact with the general public. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers potential advancement from customer service to management and other opportunities within Domino’s.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Hand-eye coordination and ability to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to stand for most tasks and walk short distances for short durations.
• Ability to lift and handle delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Answer and process telephone orders, entering orders by computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by phone to process orders.
• Prepare products and learn pizza-making tasks.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies.
