About The Position
The Customer Service Rep promotes Domino’s pizza products, specials, and promotions while providing quality service to customers in person and over the phone. The role also receives cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. The employee is expected to uphold Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards and contribute to a team-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and write clearly.
- Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
- Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Respond with a sense of urgency to store phone lines and carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
