About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides friendly customer service while taking and processing orders, addressing customer concerns, handling cash, and supporting pizza preparation and store operations. Team members receive in-store training and support from a manager or teammate. The role may be part-time or full-time and may suit someone looking for a first job or additional income.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and by phone.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including continuously reaching and using hands, and frequently and forcefully using forearms and wrists to shape pizza dough.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Take orders over the phone and in person, and receive and process telephone orders.
Address customer concerns.
Handle cash, make correct monetary change, and upsell products.
Make pizzas and prepare food while following portion control, hygiene, and food safety practices.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility, approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and coworkers and follow written instructions.
Perform physical tasks including pushing or pulling trays, occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder, bending, crouching or squatting, reaching, and frequent hand and arm use.
