About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to greet customers, answer phones, provide customer service, and make pizzas quickly and accurately. The role offers schedules described as accommodating employees’ availability, including those attending school or seeking a second job. Duties also include operating the cash register, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and completing related paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including when answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
