This role is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and professionally, providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service. The position involves developing customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring product delivery or referrals. A key aspect is exhibiting proficiency in completing banking transactions while adhering to established processes and procedures. This role also serves as a backup for other positions and performs other assigned duties. Enhancing career through work experience and continuing education is encouraged. Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and participating in examinations, audits, and third-party reviews are essential. The employee must comply with the Information Security Program and maintain high risk and security awareness. Building a positive image for the Bank through community involvement is expected. Attending assigned meetings and developing a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services through usage and training are also part of the role.
