About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to receive and process orders, prepare products, and support day-to-day store operations. The position offers schedules that may work around other commitments and opportunities to grow into management or other roles. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Understand and provide correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise, rapid movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Be able to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and perform the listed lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing duties.
Be able to handle exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and move deliveries, including lifting and stacking cases.
Perform other store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and maintenance.
